1. About YOMIA
YOMIA creates and sells one-of-a-kind Crystal Gardens composed with natural crystals, mineral specimens and decorative materials.
Because natural materials vary in color, texture, shape, inclusions and formation, slight differences between individual pieces are expected and are part of the character of each Crystal Garden.
2. Product Appearance
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
However, screen settings, lighting and the natural variation of crystals and mineral specimens may cause slight differences in color, texture or appearance.
For made-to-order or personalized pieces, the finished Crystal Garden may not be identical to reference images. We aim to preserve the overall composition, color direction and visual style while allowing for natural material variation.
3. Personalized Crystal Gardens
Customers may provide information such as zodiac sign, Five Elements profile, personal intention, preferences or other details to inspire the curation of a personalized Crystal Garden.
These preferences are used as creative guidance only.
YOMIA does not guarantee spiritual, medical, financial or other specific outcomes from the use or ownership of crystals or Crystal Gardens.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices and available payment options are displayed during checkout.
YOMIA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability or incorrect order information.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
